Description: Responsibilities include all aspects of trademark practice including trademark counseling, clearance, prosecution and enforcement. This is a partnership track position.
Qualifications: Successful candidates must have excellent academic credentials. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio bar. 3-5 years’ experience strongly preferred.
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and may include salary or percentage of billings in addition to comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, life, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits.
