Biography
Prior to joining the firm, Neil served as in-house counsel for two Fortune 500 companies. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution, client counseling and litigation.
The technical areas of Neil's practice are in the chemical, biochemical and mechanical arts. He represents numerous domestic and foreign corporations and assists his clients in the management of their intellectual property. Included in the domestic clients that he represents are a number of private equity funded start up companies working in the fields of renewable fuels and microreactors.
Neil has lectured before numerous groups, including bar associations, and the technical and patent staffs of various corporations and law firms in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
